Biography:
Shai Piron has an impressive background as a former Minister of Education in Israel and as number 2 on Yair Lapid’s Yesh Atid list. He is also one of the founders of the Zohar Rabbinical Organization, which is committed to foster harmony between religious and secular communities in Israel. In addition to his political involvement, Piron is also a rabbi and academic lecturer.

The lecture is about the challenges and tensions between the different value systems in Israel and how they can be resolved. Piron will speak about the brotherly hate and love between the population groups in Israel and how they can be overcome. There will also be an opportunity for the audience to engage in conversation with Piron during the lecture.
