Usually alot of rules can be ignored if there is a threat of life. So in my opinion it really depends on the situation wether or not someone should vaccinate, In general i dont really know if its allowed or not but if someone is in dire need it should be recommended in my opinion.

I think it’s about looking after your own health and it’s our duty to ensure the safety of others. To my knowledge, according to the Jewish-ethical approach, we must do everything possible to save others (and their children) from potentially life-threatening situations.
