Sunday Morning Jewish School for Kids

Sunday Morning Jewish School for Kids

Professionalism and homeliness are the two hallmarks of all Chabad on Campus activities and these elements are also present during the Jewish school for children on Sunday mornings.

For children who did not attend a Jewish school during the week, Esty Jacobs started this Jewish school three years ago. She felt it was important to have competent and professional Jewish education available for every child.

Over the past few years, more and more students have joined. However, growth should not come at the expense of quality. The approach is that each group of three or four has its own teacher/coach.

Close contact with parents is important to us. This is so that we can personalise the parents’ request for education for each student.

Chabad on Campus makes use of Montessori-like teaching methods which enable each child to absorb information at his/her own level as well as learn Ivrit.
